Sorry

Here I sit with a heavy heart,
As a tear rolls down my cheek.
I did wrong by breaking your trust,
By committing such a foolish deed.

Braking my promise I have lost all your trust,
But believe me I did not want to upset you.
I just couldn't see the things going off like that,
Otherwise such a stupid thing I would never do.

Each time I prove to be a bad friend of yours,
By doing something or the other you hate,
And I get stuck up at a bad time,
When I feel like laughing at my hapless fate.

I know I have no right to say it again,
But I promise you it was the first and the last time.
I am SORRY for what I did,
And I am ready to regret it all this while.
